Catherine was born, raised, and educated in Belgium, Europe.  She is the mother of six children, including triplets and twins.  She loves listening to Louis Armstrong, Nat King Cole, Frank Sinatra, Ray Charles, and Big Band music in general.  When time permits, she loves to cook gourmet meals that remind her of her home.
